CICPAC is launching one of our most ambitious thought leadership initiatives to date: a comprehensive, multi-part guide on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) for construction companies. CICPAC doesn't run a series like this every year — this is a single, one-time initiative, and when the last paper publishes, so does the opportunity to be part of it.
