Year-End 2022 – Data Gathering Form

As part of your CICPAC membership, you are required to complete the following data gathering / annual member survey. As you may recall, we send out this form annually to gather information on our CICPAC member firms for a few reasons:

  • To ensure our members are meeting the annual revenue requirements,
  • To validate that our member firms are dedicated to serving the construction industry, and
  • To gather valuable information in order to help us market CICPAC.

We understand gathering the information can be time consuming, but we’ve heard from members that it gets easier each time we do it! So, please take time to review your prior survey data and update it accordingly.
